La Bastien, Le Bilboquet
American Pale Ale with our Chinook hops
Malt used : Innomalt Inc.
Yeast : levure NFIPA, Le Labo - Solutions Brassicoles
In order to put the Chinook in the spotlight, the Bilboquet brewed an American IPA with a good portion of oats and raw wheat. Mostly cold hopped, with aromas of grapefruit and sapinage.
MCNUGGET, L'ESPACE PUBLIC
Pale Ale, 5% alcohol, with our Nugget hops
Malt used : english malt, Innomalt Inc.
Yeast : juicy, Le Labo - Solutions Brassicoles
Inspired by Troeggs Nugget Nectar, it is said to be veiled, fruity, and highly drinkable.
“Nugget is a hops that is everywhere in my life. It has been used in every brewery I’ve worked with. The subtleties of citrus, small fruits, herbaceous and resinous are very appealing to me." - Simon Livingstone, brewer at L'Espace public.
Soho, Jackalhop
Pale Ale with our Cascade hops
Malt used : house
Yeast : Le Labo - Solutions Brassicoles
Jackalhop chose to brew a thirst beer with a slight piney side and a sharp bitterness, enhanced by notes of grapefruit and tangerine.
Vin d'orge, Mille-Îles
American BarleyWine with our Centennial hops
Malt used : M2 Innomalt inc. / MaltBroue
Yeast : LSB5004 - Le Labo - Solutions brassicoles, English yeast
Brasserie Mille-Îles brewed an American-inspired barley wine because of the origins of Centennial hops. The result is a beer with 9% alcohol, brewed with Quebec malts offering caramelized flavors, toast and hazelnuts. Blending well with the fruity flavors of the centennial and balanced by a frank bitterness, characteristic of the style.
Fauteur de trouble, À la fût
Hazy IPA with our Crystal hops
Malt used : Pils - Malterie Caux Laflamme/Le Maltraiteur
Yeast : london Mist
The Troublemaker is an inspiration of the "Hazy IPA", a beer of cloudy appearance, silky in the mouth, where the flavors and aromas of hops (here exclusively Crystal) are generously put forward.
La Commonwealth, St-Pancrace
Bitter with the microbrewery St-Pancrace and our hops Glacier
Malt used : Caux-Laflamme
Yeast : english yeast, Le Labo - Solutions brassicoles
The woody, green hop and dried citrus flavors of Glacier inspired a Best Bitter at 4.3% alcohol. Light, pourable, subtly malty and dry, Commonwealth is perfect for long discussions around the bar.
Qui a vu l'ours, La souche
Amber beer of thirst made with our hops Hallertauer Tradition
Malt used : Caux Laflamme/Innomalt Inc.
Yeast : Kveik, Le labo - Brewing solutions
Recipe inspired by a Vienna lager, the result is an amber beer of harvest well balanced between the malty taste and a slight bitterness in the finish. Herbaceous flavors and toast that come from the hops Hallertauer, a noble hops native to Germany.
Blanche Sorachi, Robin - Bière Naturelle
White Sorachi with our hops Sorachi Ace
Malt used : Pilsner moderne Innomalt inc. & organic raw wheat from La Ferme Brasserie Rurale
Yeast : homemade mixture, Le Labo - Solutions Brassicoles
Robin Natural Beer wanted to create a beer that was accessible and low in alcohol (4%). The result is a white with a lot of wheat and oats with a fairly ample body. Perfect for aperitif!
